About PanicStream & the Webmaster
Curtis and Ricky

The PanicStream concept initially began in the spring 2003 as I wanted to develop a site that would serve as a 'Virtual Hangout' during the day for my friends who are scattered across the country. When the band went on hiatus in 2003, the development of this site was placed on the back burner as I redirected attention to other projects.  In February 2005, I dusted off the files and started working on the site with the intent of getting it fully functional by the time the boys came back on tour in late March.

I am a certified athletic trainer by trade and spend most of the week treating and rehabbing injured athletes. Building websites, along with photography and freelancing as a party DJ , is simply a hobby of mine.  I have never been formally educated in the art of building and developing websites so what you see will always be a work in progress. Trial and error is often my guide.  Unfortunately, that often means a lot of errors so please bear with me.  There is a huge difference between building a website and dealing with the broken bones, sprains, strains, and dislocations that I see on a day-to-day basis. So please, pardon the mess from time to time.

My goal is to create a site for the fans, of the fans.  Because I am but a single individual, I can more easily respond to requests and suggestions from visitors that a larger, more corporate site, would be unable to do.  I am very receptive to constructive criticism and ideas from fans and other webmasters.  I will use your feedback, as a fan of Widespread Panic, to guide me in building PanicStream.  Please, let me know what you think, good or bad.

Special thanks to all who have donated thru PayPal to help support the hosting and development costs associated with this site.  I never envisioned this site would become as popular as it has

Thank you for your time and Hook'em Horns,
Curtis George
