STEREO PORTABLE > CASS (XLIIS) > WAV > FLAC The Teac was comparable to the Marantz Superscope, it recorded in stereo, and was a high quality 'reporter' style tapedeck. Playback on a Kenwood cassette deck, through an iMic USB interface, to a WAV file using Sound Forge 8.0. Fade in / Fade out. No EQ, no compression. Each track of entire WAV (left and right) were normalized to 0 dB. Tracked with CDWAVE. Encoded to FLAC 8 using dbPoweramp.
